 MHRA Legislative Activity Saves You Hard Dollars

 To give you an example of how your dues dollars work to save you money, consider the MHRA's defeat of just 2 tax bills this session. One would have raised the excise tax on sweetened beverages, the other would raise excise tax on alcohol and beer. The cost impact was pretty dramatic.
